About Customer Support & Success
Support starts once the sale is done: a question comes in, someone replies, the problem gets sorted. This category gathers products and businesses built for that work. Some run the shared inbox, some talk to people on a page, some publish answers ahead of time, and some collect opinions after the job is finished. Work out which part of that loop is weakest for you, then search there.
Every listing has a single main category, chosen at submission and free of charge. The list shows the newest entries first, and you can reorder it by community votes, which nobody can buy. Filters narrow things inside this category and its four subcategories below. To add your own product, go to /submit, enter your site's URL, read through the draft profile that is built from it, and correct whatever is wrong before it is published.

Customer Support & Success: questions answered
- What belongs in Customer Support & Success?
- Anything that helps a business serve people who already buy from it: shared inboxes, ticket trackers, on-page chat, bots, self-service article libraries, survey tools and review collection. Products whose main job is finding new customers are better placed in a different category.
- How do I pick the right subcategory?
- Go by the first job your product does. Conversations that need an owner and a status suit help desk. Real-time talk suits chat. Published answers suit knowledge bases. Gathering opinions suits feedback. Your main category is free; extra categories are an upgrade for $5.
- How do I get my product into this category?
- Open /submit and enter your website address. A draft profile is created from the site, and you review and edit each field before publishing. A paid launch costs $5, while a free listing waits in a queue of about 6-8 weeks.
- How is the list ordered?
- New listings sit at the top by default. You can switch the order to community votes instead. Votes are never for sale, so a high position comes from people choosing to vote, not from payment.
- What should I compare when choosing a support product?
- Look at how conversations move between automation and a person, whether you can export your history, how easily answers can be updated, and which channels it covers. Check that the profile states plainly what the product does and for whom.
