A free Taglish freelancing library for Filipinos, with a starter toolkit and a hiring guide for businesses
PinoyFreelance.PH is a free resource site that explains freelancing in the Philippines in Taglish, from BIR registration and client hunting to rates and receiving payments, and adds a rate calculator plus contract, proposal and invoice templates. It is aimed mainly at Filipino freelancers at any stage, with a separate hiring guide for local and international businesses. The public pages present a clear, focused offer with no cost and an openly disclosed commercial link to Zinn Hub, making it a sensible first stop for Filipino freelancers who want local, practical guidance.
