When you do get a refund
If our team rejects or takes down a paid listing, every payment for it is refunded in full automatically to the original payment method. A credit note is also issued.
If you paid in crypto, we'll ask you for a payout address to complete the refund.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If a payment is disputed or reversed, everything bought with that order is taken down whilst the dispute is open. Items can be restored if the dispute is resolved in our favour.
